Please know that the family is in our prayers at this difficult time. I was Tony's patient from 1988-2007. He helped me through some difficult times and his candor and sense of humor were always welcome and appreciated A.J. went to school with my daughter Heather.

Tony was a shining example of the human side of his craft.

We were shocked to hear of Tony's passing! He was a friend to everyone as well as their skilled Dr! When I first met him in 1982, he was still in the AF but working in the ER at Commonwealth. When he opened his practice in Fairfax there were years of Office visits,

I have tried for 3 days to write something, but it always seemed to turn out like a book. We have known Dr. Anthony Fasano for over 20 years. He was the finest doctor I have ever been to or known. He had that grasp of medicine that just to seem to be endless. Always knowing how to care for you, or getting the care from someone else if needed. He was also a friend that as others have said,

The news of Dr. Fasano's death is a shock. My prayers and thoughts go out to his family. Dr. Fasano was one of the most caring doctors I've ever had. I felt he was a brillant man and always tried to find the cause of any illness of his patients.. He always had a smile and loved to tell me about the accomplishments of his sons. He will surely be missed by all of
his patients over the years..

Dr. Fasano was a wonderful, caring Doctor and a good man. He was humble enough to recognize that it was God who often worked through him, once telling me that he knew it was the Lord guiding his hands to save a small child because his hands were too big to do the life-saving procedure on such a little child .

He provided outstanding care and concern for his patients and always tried to make himself available to the many

Dr. Fasano was probably one of the caringess people I have known. He always made himself available to those that needed him. He was a very fine physician and a great family man..loved music in his office. I made CD's for him of the doo woop era, and caught him, many times boppin to and from each patient's room humming the song's lyrics.
As an Air Force vet myself, I am very proud that he was Air Force as well.
