Lena - so sorry for your loss. I remember all the good times we had square dancing and the dinners we had with the Gillits. It's tough but hang in there. I wish you the very best for the future.

George was one of the most quite, loving men I have had the pleasure of knowing. I am deeply saddened at his passing and offer my most sincere and heartfelt condolences to Lena and family. I thank God for his tender mercy. May God grant His magnificent mercy at this time of profound loss and offer His acceptance of my brother George into His kingdom. Amen...

George was truely one of a kind.
Best bbq in an old washing machine; smoked it all day long. It sat half way in the dirt and half way out. The most tender meat in the world.
The best time we had at "the farm", Lena hated that place, but still George made it fun and enticing for me and the kids.
He was a quiet man especially when it came to the TV. George could watch any station, have the remote

Our hearts and prayers are with you all during your time of loss. My mind is flooded with many wonderful memories of our families growing up together and your great wine I was to young to drink. Mr. Lovett, you will be missed deeply by us all.
