My heart is heavy that I didn't know of Toms passing sooner. I have great memories of Sunday softball with "Tommy Boy". One can not easily forget the kindness behind his eyes and smile. I never met his family but he spoke of you guys often. I am really sorry I lost touch with him and it hurts me to know someone so kind and genuine is gone.

Tom was one of the first friends I made at Lincoln-Way HS. Tom loved playing football and baseball in the neighborhood and he played with intensity and sportmanship. I am so sad to hear of his passing. My condolences to the family.

I am deeply saddened to learn of Tommy's passing, and I wish to extend condolences to all of Tommy's family and friends. My childhood memories of Tommy are all fond. We were a year apart in school, but played on the same baseball team for many years while growing up in New Lenox. Tommy and I were in the Oakview Junior High band together as well, and I recall how Mrs. Grenchik would drive us from parades to baseball games.

Jeff, Karen, Jennifer, Mr. and Mrs. Grenchik -
So sad to hear the news of Tommy's passing. I have such fond memories of playing wiffle ball and freeze tag and running bases with all the kids in your front yard back in the day. Tommy could tear around on his big wheel and later his bike like nobody's business! You are all in my prayers - God bless.

Tommy was such a sweet and kind person, who always had a kind word and a smile for everyone who crossed his path. The world is a better place for him having been in it, even if only for a brief 37 years.

I offer my deepest sympathies to his family at this difficult time, and I will continue to keep all of you in my prayers. God bless you all.

Rest in peace, Tommy.

I was so terribly sorry to hear of Tom's passing. I lived down the street from Tom growing up and went to school with him. He was one of the nicest people I knew all through school. Tom really was a friend to all that knew him. My deepest condolences to his family.

My deepest sympathy goes out to all of you! I am so saddened to have heard the news. Tom was such a patient coach! I always thought what a great person he was and a great brother to have coached his sisters softball team. He had a lot of patience when it came to me! I often saw him at church too! You will all be in mine and my families prayers!

My prayers and deepest sympothy goes out to Karen and her family in this time of sorrow. Although I didn't know Tom all that well, I have been friends with his sister, Karen, since high school and I know he was a very kind, gentle and loving person.

Our most deepest sympathies go out to the Grenchik family. Our boys spent much time of there growing up years together. The things they learned playing the sports they played together are not teachable. Tom took a lead and was a true mentor. He will be missed! Unfortunately, we are out of town and won't be able to make the service... Please know our sincerest thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.
