I have an old Tigers baseball cap I wear during the start of every season, and, if all goes just right, during the playoffs and Series. Under the bill I have written, “Today there is crying in baseball - September 27, 1999.” The date of the final game at Tiger Stadium; and believe me, I did cry plenty. Tiger Stadium was a place of but a few precious memories; but more than baseball, it served as a portal back to

Carl, Norm, John and Families
I am so sorry we couldn't make it up for the service.
What a wonderful thing it was for my mom to get to com visit Uncle Norman last week before he passed.
It is such a blessing that you got to spend all of these years with him. It is amazing to think that he outlived my Poppy by twenty years.
I still remember reunions and holidays at my Nana and Poppy's house. You always knew where Uncle Norman was from the smell of his pipe...we always loved that smell!

Love to all of you,
Meghan

Our thoughts and prayers are with you; Norm will always be remembered for his gentle and kind ways; His dedication to his family could only be compared with his generosity and warm smile. The tradewinds of life takes us on different journies through time but what remains is the gifted memories those like Norm bless us with'

It seems that I've known Norm for years. He was a great man, loved by his family and friends. He will missed by all who knew him. He was the head of the family and they all loved him. You learn a lot over the years from your patients. But Norm taught be to be a better doctor. Norm Battista is eternal.

God Bless, Dr. C
