Memories & Candles
Ginny and family,
Just read of this sudden loss of Cecil. We have many fond memories of our time together in Venice. So sorry to hear of your family's loss. Cecil is now one of the many waiting for us in heaven. He will be missed here on earth by all who knew him.

you should be so proud. You raised three lovely boys, Cecil, Seth and Shawn. You deserve a special cruise spot in heaven with Cecil....Love you Ginny, and our prayers are with you. Will never forget our many talks with you at the pool, along with Cecil and our children.

The few times I met Cecil, through work, he was friendly, outgoing and personable. I still have the Blue Knights pin he gave me years ago. He will be missed and sincere condolences to his family.

To Ginny Elkins and family: My deepest condolences and sympathy for the loss of your dear husband, companion, and wonderful father. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family for all eternity. Cecil and I were, and have always been, good friends since high school. I watched him go from being a loss prevention officer here in Vancouver, Washington to becoming a Deputy Sheriff for Sarasota County Sheriff's Office. I left him brief messages here and there, and

I hated it when you threw the Frisbee too hard because it stung my fingers to catch it, but that was your way of showing how macho you are. LOL. You are an awesome fellow. You have run the race and finished the course and the Lord has called you home to receive your eternal crown of righteousness (2 Timothy 4:6-8). We
