Freda,
I know that it has many years, but I read about your Mothers passing and wanted to let you know how sorry that I am for your loss. No matter our age as children, we are never ready to loose our parents. Know that she will always be with you and her love will still continue to grow. May God hold you and your family in his arms and comfort you.

I always enjoyed working with Miranda at Magnavox Consumer Division in Fort Wayne. I always enjoyed her independence and her warm personality.
I also enjoyed her independence and admired her journey down the Appalachian Trail on her horse with friends.

She will be missed. God bless her soul and her family.

Uncle Wayne told Freda and I just a very few years ago that we were pretty neat women ourselves but that we had a ways to go before we could match our mothers! Aunt Boots exemplified those special Hester qualities we all know and love: industrious, upbeat, full of life and talk and laughter. Such a lovely lady.

A beautiful life, a beacon of light, energetic and resourceful, my Aunt Miranda was my heroine and an inspirational role model. She made any time spent in her presence a special time. She encouraged Steve to get a horse so we could share "trail time" together. We named the horse "Indiana", in honor of her. We cherish our memories of her. Our deepest sympathy, love and prayers for her family.

It's been many many years ago but Bootsie was a big part of my childhood. We lived right next door on Cook Rd. I remember how awesome it was when she played her piano. I'm glad to see that she had a long wonderful life. Ginny, Freda and Marsha I am so sorry you lost your mother.

Marsha, Freda and Ginny,

Oh the memories that come to mind. The times our families spent at the Fort Wayne Beagle Club. I was lucky enough to see your mom many years later through a mutual friend with an interest in horses. I only knew her as 'Boots'. What a wonderful, energetic woman she was.

You are all in my prayers,
Cinda
