Sylvia Aunty has left an lasting impression on me and many others who have come in contact with her.
When I first met her at Houston,Texas her love,simplicity,compassion and confidence made an impression on me.Her warm heartedness and friendly disposition made her a very caring and cheerful person to be with.She sure will be missed as a friend by me and as a strong willed mother by her family! May her soul rest in peace.

When we met Sylvie, William and Alwyn here in Boston, they all made a lasting impression on us. Their faith was central in their lives and was reflected in their caring actions and cheerful dispositions.

William, Alwyn, lyn and your respective families - my deepest condolences on the passing of your dear and brave mother. Her face is etched in my minds' eye from 35 years ago and kudos to her for bringing up such wonderful human beings. We are grieved to hear of your dear Mummy's passing. We will always remember her warm smile, her simplicity, gentle and kind nature. Pleasant memories of her visit to our home in Piscataway, and her presence at our wedding in Goa eight years ago, still linger.
