We learned a great deal from Dave, he will be greatly missed
Posted by: Friends from Morr Outdoors Dec 11, 2012
To Jan and Family,
I am deeply saddened to hear about the passing of David. David and Jan has done many acts of random kindness for myself and their fellow co-workers at the U.S.P.S.. David and Jan loved to surprise me with gifts they acquired on their trips to their beloved Canada. I learned many valuable lessons from David.
He is and was a great educator of kindness, love, and compassion.

Dave, our friendship was short, but you left a lasting impression. Thank you for your warm smile and hearty greeting every time we would see each other; I look forward to that again one day in Heaven. You were a man of your word "old-school" and I never saw anybody more serious about keeping a commitment. Thank you for the encouragement you gave to Adam, my son, for his fly tying, fishing, and art; your kindness and passion shined.
Jan,
