For some time, the IKC Board used to meet at the Noe's condo for the Christmas meeting. Carita was always a kind and generous hostess and never failed to make us feel welcome in her home on these occasions. She did not just share her space with us, she also shared her heart, a rare and wonderful thing indeed. Nick's and his family's loss is one that we all deeply feel on the Board as well. Godspeed, Carita.

We were so sad to learn of Carita's passing. Our love and prayers go out for Nick and the kids and especially Aunt Bussie! We love you all so much! We are sorry we can't be there to give you hugs! So, we've asked the Lord to do that for us. We pray that He will draw you close and the He will be glorified in you in the coming days! Words seem so insufficient. We love you!!

Carita was always ready to talk caving, backed by a full body of knowledge. We know how much she loved her family, and she seemed to always have a plan to go to another adventure. She will be missed. You are all in our thoughts.

You have our greatest sympathy. It is especially difficult losing one still young in years. We have fond memories of Nick and Carita graciously opening their home to the IKC meetings near Christmastime. We enjoyed the baked goodies and the train going around the Christmas tree. Good times.
