Joe, i miss you so much and i don't really know how to deal with this! I try my best to put on a front and make it seem like i'm ok but deep down inside it hurts so bad. I'm still waiting for you to walk in the front door even though i know it will never happen. Christmas was hard on all of us & man oh man do you have some awesome friends! They showered Joey Jr

Joe,

From the first time I met you, you always were so respectful and caring and had the most amazing smile. Your positive attitude and outlook on life touched so many people. I have alot of memories as well as photos of you. Im grateful I got the chance to know you. I will never forget the talks we had or even the roadtrips up to the mountains. May you always watch over your son, family and friends. You are and forever will be missed. May you rest in peace.

Missing our chats! I'm always going to remember your smile. I know you will always be here in spirit. I have so many mixed emotions but sadness is what's consuming me right now. The world lost a great man Joe! We all need your guidance....please look over us all. You are truly an Angel in Heaven! Until the next time...

Valerie,
We are so sorry to hear of the loss or your son, Joe. Pete and Chris told me of their close relationship with Joe through the years. Even though I never knew Joe personally, I know how much he meant to you and Pete and Chris. They looked forward to their visits with him and celebrating his birthday. May you pass through this difficult time and only have fond and cherished memories of Joe forever.

Valerie,

You are in our thoughts and prayers at this very trying time. We are so sorry to hear this news and although we did not know Joe personally, we can only imagine the loss that you feel on losing a child.

So stunned & saddened by news of Joe's death. Although I lost touch with his mom, my 1st cousin, Valerie... I remembered Joe best, when he his 3rd cousin, { my son Joe }, when they used to hang out & play basketball. That was over 10yrs ago. My thoughts are with my extended family, as they try their best to make it through 2mrw, shen saying their final goodbye! : (

Hearing the tragic news was shocking to us. We've been gone from Montague Street for 9 years now and still have very fond memories of Joey as he grew up 2 doors down. Our hearts go out for Val, Lee and all the family. Too young, too soon! God must have a purpose for all of this that we don't understand. May you rest in peace Joey.
