Dearest Family,
I send my most heartfelt sympathy for the loss of your sweet mother, sister, aunt & grandmother. I have only wonderful memories of Aunt Nadine which include love, laughter and always a feeling of acceptance & joy. God Bless each of you. You are in my prayers.

What a Great Lady! When Susan & I worked together in Dr. Jassy & Dr.
Glynn's office, Nadine would stop by. She made great meatloaf sandwiches for us. I remember wonderful conversations with her. Family was #1 for her.

Dearest Susan and Lisa,
I am so very sorry for your loss. I am so honoured to have known Mrs. Petersen. She was so spunky and bright. I can see where you both get those wonderful qualities. Her spirit can never be extinguished from this earth. It may be cliche, but she truly does live on in you both. She is not here for you to talk with or hold or hug. It is very hard to bear her loss. Please

Dear Susan, my most bosom friend....We have so many fond memories of Nadine...The times sitting around her table after work, enjoying a home cooked meal..all those years ago when we first met. I remember her getting us laundry soap ON SALE...Always a bargain hunter. What a wonderful Grandma she was to Lisa and Ryan, Judy and Terry's boys, Kathy and Tony's boys and of course the Grands. How lucky to remember Helen and Ada's visits, all that cooking and ironing.

The photo tribute of Nadine is a wonderful tribute to her. We are so very fortunate to have been able to know her and have her as part of our extended family. Her wit, humor and smile will be deeply missed by us all.

Susan, Terry, and Kathy:
I remember all of you. I went to Euclid School with Susan in fourth and fifth grades. You lived on Altadena and I lived two blocks away on Winona. A friend of mine bought that house a few years ago and I was able to revisit my old house and relive memories. My parents took Susan and me to Disneyland after it just opened. I have thought of all of you often and send you my sympathy

I have fond memories of Aunt Nadine and Jackie sitting at a table writing letters to their husbands who were serving in the military during WWII. They kissed the end of the letters and I didn't know why. Another time both were living in the project during the war. There were rumors of prowlers. Nadine went to her apartment and returned with this huge military knife. Uncle Ray gave it to her for her protection. Jackie and Nadine slept together

Auntie made my teenage years in California so special and fun. She and Uncle Ray were fiercely devoted to their family and were such amazing parents. There wasn't anything Auntie wouldn't do for you and she will always be loved and missed. But I know she is having fun wih Uncle Ray now and they are listening to Eddy Arnold sing for them.
