Dr. Oren helped me as a student in Statistics. I wouldn't have passed that class without him. He was always available to his students, and if you were struggling he took as much time as it took to hep you. Saddened to hear of the passing of this awesome teacher. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

Shelley, children, family of Dr. Oren: You are in my thoughts and prayers. I want to express my deep sympathy at your great loss. Dr. Oren was an incredible encouragement to so many of my fellow students, me included, at Mercy College. (Who knew Physics could be fun- or involve catching raccoons!?) He provided such valuable knowledge, self-esteem, and good humor. So many are blessed to have known him!

To the Family of Glenn. I haven't seen Glenn since we graduated high school in 1969, But I have thought about him from time to time. I remember his smile and how nice of a person he was. My thoughts are with all of you. Chris Hayes Johnson

I am deeply saddened to hear about the death of Dr. Glenn Oren. Dr. Oren was such an enthusiastic and fun-loving instructor. I had the pleasure of taking Chemistry with Glenn as well as Pathophysiology with Dr. Shelly Oren before graduating with my ASN. My heart goes out to Dr. Oren's family, friends and co-workers. Everyone that met Dr. Oren could see what a wonderful and caring guy he was. He truly wanted to help his students and would go

i took an online class with Dr. Oren over the summer. I never met him in person because I live in California. He knew me as Jade. That name belongs to a friend of mine who asked me to help her with an online class. All of our correspondence was by that name. My real name is Krystal Howard. I spent much of my summer working hard in his class. He is not an "easy" teacher. But he knows whats

I only spent one semester with Dr. Oren, this past fall semester in Physics 1. From the start of the semester I knew that Dr. Oren was special. He had such a love and passion for life and what he taught his students. He constantly made me laugh and sometimes he would embarrass me, but it was all in good humor. Only after one semester, he has impacted the way I view science and physics and has shared with me
