We are so sad for your loss of Michael. May the "God of all comfort" be your arm at this trying time. We can have peace knowing that "The dead...are conscious of nothing at all" (Eccl. 9:5). So it as if Michael is in a deep sleep, waiting for the resurection promised by Jesus at John 5:28, 29.

To Ashley and Family,
Mike was a great a man that had I great respect for. I already miss being able to roll out and talk to Mike about anything and everything. Mike will live in my memories forever. Mike loved his family more than anything in this world. He always lit up when he would talk about you, the kids and his mother. My condolences to you and your family.

I am deeply saddened by the passing of my friend and teammate, Mike Flora. I’ve always felt that our team at Landstar was more of a family than a bunch of people who go to work 8 hours a day. We each filled roles that you would see in a family. We had the bossy big brothers and the annoying siblings. Mike was our brother who we joked about his Chick-Fil-A obsession and fear of onions, and enjoyed his sense

I had the pleasure of knowing him these past 9+ years and I'll never forget any of the good times we had in this life.
Mike was a genuinely great man who was completely selfless, a dedicated father & husband. He was also a mentor to many people including myself and someone you could always count on.
I am truly saddened for his family's loss and will keep your wife and family in my thoughts.
