Papa Ron,
Not a day goes by that we don't think of you. I will cherish the last moments I spent with you, and don't worry Papa Ron, I'm keeping up with your mouth exercises :). One of my favorite things to remember about you is the way you said our names, and how you'd always give a high-five when you'd leave. The thing I'll miss the most is fishing. It's still so unreal how this happened, but I'm glad that you are my Papa Ron. You were admired by many. We love and miss you Papa Ron. RIP

I will always remember shooting pool and fishing with Ron. He was a good friend and a great man. Ron was the only person I ever heard of who had 3 Purple Hearts from vietnam. As a pointman he saved many lives while risking his own. But what I loved most about Ron was his gentle soul. I will miss him.

Dear Dad. The last two days have been hard. We thought for sure you were comming home. Now, you are. I'm sure GOD will go fishing with you. And I bet HE will make sure you catch "the big one". We miss you so much. I love you. Tina
