Memories & Candles
My sincere and deepest sympathy at this time of great sorrow. I have so many fond memories of Reba from church. May you find comfort knowing your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
The Everlasting Light
Those we love must someday pass beyond our present sight.
Must leave us and the world we know without their radiant light.
But we know that like a candle, their lovely light will shine,to brighten
up another place more perfect and devine. And in the realm of heaven where they shine so warm and bright,Reba lives forevermore in God's eternal light.

Aunt Reba was a very kind loving person. She always made you feel welcome no matter what she was doing. She was always willing to help you out no matter what it was for. A lot of memories when staying at her house as a kid with Darla. She is in a wonderful place now and is no longer suffering. We will miss you and will always keep you in our hearts.

Reba was such a special christian lady. Enjoyed the many talks we used to have when I did her hair many years ago. Remember many times when we were done and Vernon would come to pick her up the much loved conversations we used to have.
She definitely is enjoying her new life with our heavenly father.

I was so sorry to read about the passing of Reba. She was a lovely lady. Some of my earliest childhood memories are of playing with Gail while Reba and Buck visited with my parents, Rev. and Mrs. Eads, at the First General Baptist Church. I'm so sorry for your loss.
Sincerely,
Mona Eads Zielska

Reba and Bro Smalling were the greatest of friends with my parents, Rev Ralph and Doris Coomer. They would spend times together in each others home and also in worship services. The Smalling's held many revival meetings with dad at home church, First General Baptist in Dayton, Ohio.
Heaven is having a big party now with Reba. Dad is probably showing her all around.
Blessings Bro Smalling and Darla

We have many fond memories and stories of being a pastor for many years with Reba and Bro. Smalling.
Reba was always by his side and very supportive of his ministry. Sometimes pastors wives feel like a second fiddle walking in their spouses shadow, however I never saw that feeling in Reba.
She represented our Lord and Savior well and feel very priviliged to call her and Vernon friends in the pastorate. I am sure she has a very special

In memory of my precious Aunt Reba,
Deep in my heart lies a picture,
Of a loved one laid to rest,
In memories frame I'll keep it,
Because she was one of the best.
I will miss you so much now that God's called you home.
May God bring His peace to all those you've left waiting behind.
Sandy

Dear Smalling Family,
There are few things more difficult than dealing with the loss of a loved one. We, along with our staff, are honored and humbled that you have chosen our family to care for your family during this time. It is our hope that we have been able, in some small way, to lighten your burden and give proper reverence to a life lived. Please let us know if we can be of further service.
Respectfully,
Brian and Bruce Buchanan
