Dear Sally and Family,
Winston and I are so very sorry to hear of Joe's passing; it seems like just yesterday we enjoyed seeing him so much here at the farm. We were planning on traveling to be with you today at the funeral, but unfortunately the inclement weather has prohibited that. Please know you all are in our thoughts.

Dear Sally, Joe's "graduation service" is on the 20th anniversary of Buddy's passing! When I think of Joe I always think of Buddy and Joe shooting pool in the late 60's when Paul Newman (Joe) and Jackie Gleason (Buddy) made the movie. I can only imagine the reunion of Vance, "Body" and Buddy. I can picture them waiting at the gate and Vance has the Cadillac ready to roll. I will always remember Joe and smile. Many blessings.....and I understand the pain.
