Memories & Candles
Darlene,
I am sorry to hear of the passing of your Mom. She was a wonderful lady. I will always remember our visit to your home one summer and how welcome she made us. Your home was filled with love.
I loved hearing all the stories of your fun times together with your Mom in California this past June.
I send my love and sympathy to you and your family. May God give you faith and peace of mind through this sad time.
Love and prayers,
Bev Hutchinson

I'am sadden to hear about Mildred. She made the best chokecherry jelly. I picked the cherry's and she made the jelly, thank you again for that. We would exchange tomatoe for squash or what ever. She gave me tips on the garden and flowers. Thank you much you will not be forgotten. A friend Sandy

Darlene, I am very sorry to hear about your Mom. I know that you were very close. Even though I had not seen her in a long time I remember how funny she could be in a very low key way. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I met Mildred when Darlene and I became close firends at Augustana College in 1974. I will never forget my visit to Lemmon. Joe and Mildred made me feel so at home and so welcome. Mildred loved her home and her lovely flowers and she loved country music! Mildred and Joe were very special people and we can see that in their wonderful daughter. They were so proud of Darlene, Michael and Joe. I know Mildred had some wonderful times

Darlene and family-
Our sympathy to your family. Your Mother was a very kind woman and you are lucky that she was able to spend time with you and your family in California.
I hope you will keep South Dakota in mind and try to attend our class reunions because we have a great time and really look forward to seeing everyone.
God bless.

Our condolences go out to you in the passing of Mildred. Fond memories go back to the days of their move to "town" and your high school days. We'll miss going down 6th Ave and seeing her garage door open and her doing her best to keep up her yard and flowers.
In Sympathy,
Eldon and Mary Jean
