Memories & Candles
As you know, Pene was so special to us all. She was such a bright light, that is now a flicker, but will never go out. She is always with us.
Love you all,

Pene was a happy and delightful person, very proud of her children and listening to them speak at her service was incredibly strong of the two of them.
I wish Jim and their children peace and at some point happiness and they are told all the fun things their mom did.

Pene' was one to make every moment feel like a party. Small in stature, she was larger than life. She loved her husband, her kids, her friends. She loved a good joke, she loved a good nap, she loved a good time. You could tell the minute she walked into a room not only because she was loud, but because she exuded an energy that was like noisy sunshine. Everyone wanted to delight in the crazy, loud, loving sunshine that surrounded her. She will be missed.

I only met Penne a couple of times last summer and found her to be engaging, courageous and optimistic with an infectious smile. We shared our experiences with breast cancer and I was encouraged by her story and journey. She left a footprint in my life so can only only imagine the legacy and handprints she left on her families lives and all those who knew her well. May The Lord comfort your hearts during this time knowing she is home with her Savior with her infectious smile making the Angels smile!

My deepest condolences to Pene's family. My thoughts and prayers to your family during this difficult time. I had the opportunity of meeting Pene through Amy and Gary. I also had the pleasure of working with her at Reliant Rehab Hospital. She made everyone she came in contact with her feel as if you've been close friends for years! I loved that about her. I know she will be missed dearly. I also know that her smiling spirit will be looking down on her loved ones to let them know she's at peace.

I kept in touch with Penne through Guy. I also visited in her home last year. She was just as I remembered her growing up. Fun, happy and loving!
The angels are singing a new song tonight and Penne's voice can be heard above the rest. No more suffering and worries for Penne. She is at peace.
I'm praying for her family, especially Guy. I know he loved her very much!D

I remember Pene as being my dear friend and roommate in college. She was always the best friend to me, always offering to share anything she had with me. I didn't have a car but hers was the best on campus and she let me use it as it was my own...I believe that to be who Pene really was...giving and so kind.
There were so many great memories...she had a huge, white poodle named Pena who lived with us. One

Pene Pene Pene,
Where do I start? I will never forget our childhood years, growing up across the street from each other. All the laughs and giggles we had--your cup was always half full, never half empty. You will always and forever be a bright and shining light.
My heart goes out to your family and your many friends.
