I knew Jeff from Hickory High. He was always a kind, positive and upbeat guy. He's the guy that everybody likes. Never heard or saw anything to the contrary. I am sorry for your loss. Thankful also for his service in the military. It's an accomplishment to have lived a life where people's only reflections are the good soul you've been to everyone. God bless you and your family.

Dear Moore family sorry about your lost . I worked in the mall with Charles I used to always get coffee from Yo Yum an he used to always fix it for me he will truely be missed. I will keep y'all I'm my prayers. He was a very nice guy
