Phil you were taken away from us much to soon, but I take comfort in knowing that you are now with your mom and dad. You are a gaurdian angel to us now, and God must have had bigger plans for you my friend.

Mike and P.J. I am sorry for your loss. Phil always greeted me with a smile and a handshake. I will miss him.

We are definitely saddened by the passing of Phil. I have many fond memories of Phil; he served as a mentor to me while I was in engineering school at Purdue. He was always encouraging others. In addition to seeing his Mom and Dad again, I'm sure Phil is enjoying his Uncle Dick again too. Our prayers are with Mike and PJ.

It was a privilage for me and my Delphi team members to work with Phil in the CY2000 time period on the Quadrasteer and Electric Power Steering programs. Phil was an "A-team" player and frankly I am confident in stating the programs would not have been a success without his technical leadership and direct contributions in the Systems and Hardware Engineering areas. Phil was certainly well respected by our customers, Delphi management and his peers as a go-to guy. I

I did not realize Phil was no longer with Delphi, but I know his departure was certainly been a lose for the company and the work environment. I will never forget Phil's "can do" attitude and teamwork supporting me through the thick and thin of some of the most complex and demading projects. May God's blessings and grace be with Phil, his family and friends in this time of need and let us all remember Phil is the lucky one as he was called at this special time to be with our Father in heaven while we wait our turn.

Phil will be greatly missed. Phil had trained me some 20 years ago at Delco Electronics. I was just beginning to return the favor by training him at Rolls-Royce. So sad for a life cut too short. My prayers are with your family.
