Love and miss you very much. It's been tough without you, but with God's love and strength, we will get through. Love you!

John 14:1-3
Let not your heart be troubled; ye believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may also be."

Mom, I know you are home now. I love and miss you so much and will do my best to carry on the selfless, caring, giving and loving characteristics that defined just how wonderful you were. You are with us always and I will embrace those memories we have shared.

Severo,
So sorry to learn of Hope's passing to be with the Lord. I have many fond memories of all of us doing Pioneer work for folks in the Cedar Creek area. I know you and she did lots more Pioneer work in the Mesquite area (your other home area). Needless to say, she will be sorely missed not only by loving family and personal friends, but all the organizations that you and she donated countless hours to. I will remember Hope and you in my prayers and will light a candle for her each time I attend Mass.

Severo--you and Hope were the perfect couple, and always so dedicated to the Pioneers club. Hope was always smiling and I still can hear her contagious laughter..which will be so missed. Candle

This morning when I heard of the passing of Mrs. Hope Valdez, I was deeply saddened by the fact that the world has lost a bright and shining light!

I was fortunate enough to become acquainted with Mr. & Mrs. Valdez, while helping them plan their 50th wedding anniversary celebration. It was such a joy!

I don't have words that are adequate enough to express my condolences, but would like to leave you with this encouraging thought.

"Those we love remain with us
For love itself lives on,
And cherished memories never fade
Because a loved one's gone.
Those we love can never be
More than a thought apart,
For as long as there is memory,
They'll live on in the heart."

May God bless you and comfort your heart in this difficult time. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
