Faye Rosetta Leitch, of Sun City, Arizona, died June 12, 2017 at Banner Boswell Hospital.
Born May 24, 1933, in Charleston, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Bill and Mary Leitch. She was number 10 of 12 brothers and sisters.

She was educated in the Charleston public schools and attended Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, Illinois in the Missions program. She continued her education at the University of Eastern Illinois, from which she received her Bachelors and then Masters in Education.

Faye taught at Rift Valley Academy in Kenya, Africa under the Africa Inland Mission during the 1960's and 1970's. When she returned from Africa she then taught at Kings College in Bristol, Tennessee where she worked until her retirement in 1994. She then moved to Sun City, AZ to be close to her sisters.
Faye was a member of Grace Bible Church in Sun City where she was very active. She was the leader of Busy Hands for Missions, a Deaconess, and served on the Missions Council.

She leaves behind sisters; Grace Burk of Kansas City, KS, Zella Price and her husband Charles Price of Sun City, AZ and Anita Butler of Charleston, Ill and several nieces and nephews.

Faye would like to let you know that her work here is done. She received a call, a sort of an offer you can't refuse, for an appointment from which she will not be returning. This assignment comes with a huge sign-on bonus, a reunion with family and friends she has not seen in a long time. Her new mission takes her to a wonderful place where she will be socializing and reading until her hearts content. Music, laughter and love are guaranteed. She wants her family to celebrate her mission here which has now been completed.

The celebration will be held at the Grace Bible Church in Sun City, AZ on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at 2pm. Memorial gifts in Faye's memory can be made to the Grace Bible Church.

Arrangements under the direction of Sunland Memorial Park, Mortuary & Cremation Center, Sun City, AZ.
