A Memorial Mass of Christian burial will be held Tuesday, December 18, 2012, at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Patterson for Amy Alana Lowery, 34, a lifelong resident of Patterson, who passed away Saturday, December 15, 2012, at Teche Regional Medical Center. Inurnment will follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery. Father Donavan Labbé will officiate the services.
Amy will be remembered as a compassionate and loving person and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Survivors include her parents, David Lowery and Gwen LaGrange Lowery of Patterson; her brother, David Kyle Lowery and Chelsea of Bayou L'Ourse; her beloved friend, Paul Streva of Berwick; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, family members, and friends who will cherish her memory.
She was preceded in death her paternal grandparents, David Wesley Lowery and Ozella Lynchard Lowery; and maternal grandparents, Russell LaGrange and Beatrice Mendoza LaGrange.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Patterson from 9:00 AM until time of Mass at 11:00 AM.
