Andrew "Drew" William Parrish, 36, died Monday, December 28, 2009 as the results of a tragic act of violence. He was born in Indianapolis May 19, 1973 to Thomas and Mary Parrish. He was an aircraft mechanic by trade, specializing in fuel systems and sheet metal work. Drew was an animal lover, an outdoorsman and a Colts fan. He leaves to treasure his memory his mother, Mary Parrish, father, Thomas Parrish and step-mother, Billie Parrish, of Brownsburg; two brothers, Michael Parrish of Greenwood and Christopher Parrish of Brownsburg; his grandmother, Lois Wood of Indianapolis; and uncles, John Wood of Florida and Danny (Sandy) Berry of Mooresville. He also leaves behind his beautiful daughter, Jordan Parrish, 13, and step-son, Aaron Skaggs, both of Mooresville. Andy gave the gift of life through organ donation. He will live on through those whose lives he has saved through his generous and selfless donation. Calling will be Sunday, January 3, from 4-8pm at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center, Washington Park North, 2706 Kessler Blvd. W. Dr, Indianapolis, 46228. A funeral service will be held at Washington Park North, Monday, January 4 at 11am. Burial will follow at Washington Park North Cemetery.
