Mrs. Oates passed away on Saturday, November 17, 2012.
Mrs. Oates was a resident of Fredericksburg, Texas at the time of her passing.
She is survived by her husband Jack.
Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, November 21st at 10:30 A.M. in the St. Barnabas Episcopal Church, Fredericksburg with the Rev. Jeff Hammond officiating.
For those who so desire you may make memorial contributions in her memory to the Hill Country Memorial Hospice, St. Barnabas Episcopal Church or to the charity of your choice.
