Christine Rita Peters, age 85, passed away January 7, 2013. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Martin James Peters; her children, Mary Ann (David) Henriksen, Diane (Gregory) Stapleton, Kenneth (Jacqueline) Peters and Pamela MacLeod; her grandchildren, Kimberly (Eric) Cervone, Joseph (Traci) Peters, David (Rula) Henriksen, Matthew Peters, Thomas Stapleton, Brian Peters, Paul MacLeod, Kelli MacLeod and Sara Stapleton and her great-grandchildren, Avery and Reagan Cervone. Visitation is Wednesday, January 9, from 2 to 9 pm (Rosary 7:30 pm) at the Lee-Ellena Funeral Home, 46530 Romeo Plank Road, Macomb. Funeral mass is Thursday, at 9:30 am (instate 9 am) at St. Paul of Tarsus Catholic Church, 41300 Romeo Plank, Clinton Township. Entombment at Resurrection Cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital. Please leave a memory at
