Constance (Connie) Jean Stinton, surrounded by her family, passed away on February 4, 2013. Born in Le Mars, Iowa on September 6, 1942 to the late Gilbert and Marie Wagner, Connie began her love of travel back in 1960 by moving to Arizona with her then new husband Larry. Survived by Larry, her beloved husband of 52 years, five children; Laurie Stinton, Kerry Stinton, Russell Stinton, Stacey Dixon and Tracey Campbell, three brothers and three sisters, 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, and 5 puppies, now lies peacefully and at rest. Family and friends are invited to a viewing Sunday, February 10, 2013 from 4:00 – 6:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Chapel, 6830 W. Thunderbird Road, Peoria with a vigil at 6:00PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, February 11, 2013 at 10:30AM at Our Lady of the Valley Church, 3220 W. Greenway Road, Phoenix. Entombment will follow at Holy Redeemer Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Arizona Humane Society.
