Darwin Bee "Dee" Smith of Crossett, AR passed away on January 21, 2013 at Promise Hospital in Vidalia, LA. He was born on March 30, 1936 in Malvern, AR to his parents, Bee and Lucy Pogue Smith. Mr. Smith was an employee of KAGH for many years. He was an avid fisherman, musician and loved camping with family and friends. Mr. Smith was a member of the Crossett Lions Club.

Survivors include his wife, Norma Ruth Smith of Crossett, AR; daughter, Donna Vinson (Steven) of St. Joseph, LA; son, Ronnie B. Smith (Jenny) of Crossett, AR ; four grandchildren, Blake Vinson of Pineville, LA; Bradley Smith of El Dorado, AR, Brian Smith of Crossett, AR, Ashley Smith of Hamburg, AR and two great-grandchildren, Brody Vinson and Evelyn Vinson of Pineville, LA.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 25, 2013 at Crossroads Cemetery with Bro. Larry Foster officiating under the direction of Jones Funeral Home of Crossett, AR. (www.jonesservice.com)

The family will be having a memorial visitation at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, January 24, 2013 at the Pines Room of the American Best Value in Crossett, AR.
