BOLLACI, Dr. Frederick A. of East Lake Woodlands Oldsmar, Fl. formerly of Long Island, NY, died on December 11th, 2012.

He was a much-loved physician for 35 years.

Beloved father of Frederick T.A. Esquire of Delray Beach, FL; brother of Anthony L. of Locust Valley, NY, and Brian J. of Boca Raton, FL and sister Alice E. of Melbourne, Australia; son of Anthony (deceased) and Louise of Clearwater. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home in Clearwater, Sunday December 16th 4-7 pm. Mass Monday at 10:30 am at Espiritu Santo Catholic Church in Safety Harbor.
