Mr. John Paul Hutcoe IV, 73, passed away on February 12, 2013 at Trinity Mission of Farmville. He was born in New York City on January 29, 1940 to John Paul Hutcoe, III (deceased) and Maryann Hutcoe. He was a retired Drug and Alcohol Counselor.
