Kenneth Larry McLaughlin, born January 19, 1948 in Houston, passed away on January 24, 2013 at the age of 65. Larry was a loving father who enjoyed learning. He was most interested in continuing his journey for knowledge concerning foreign relations and anything to do with the civil war. He was a fan of country music and loved to socialize with his friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Those who have gone before Larry include: grandmother, Kalley Bell Olsen Snow and grandfather, Claude Snow.
The ones who are left to cherish his memory are: mother, Mildred and husband Joseph Engle; daughter, Tiffani McLaughlin; son, Kenneth and wife Sharon McLaughlin; ex-wife, Renee Hurlbert; sister, Patricia and husband Wylie Evans; grandson, Jamie Garcia; granddaughter, Shannon McLaughlin; cousins, Linda and husband George Wilson; ex-wife, Kathy McLaughlin; along with other extended family and many dear friends.
The family will receive visitors from 12-2 pm on Thursday January 31, 2013. Funeral service will follow at 2 pm at Emerald Hills Memorial Chapel in Kennedale.
