Marie Alice Gunderson, 95 of Sioux City passed away peacefully on
October 26, 2012 at home in Glendale, AZ with her son Thomas by her
side.
She was born on January 18, 1917 in Sioux City to the late William and
Amanda May (Hamel) Leckband.
She is survived by her only child Thomas W. Gunderson, grandchildren
Tammy DeMarsilis, Pam Rohde and Lori Kretman, great grandchildren
Cassie & Chelsea Campbell, Jonny, Jake, Jaxon & Zulfia Rohde, Jessica
Slaikeu, Justin Neis, Henry Kretman and one great great grandchild,
Kennedy Slaikeu.
In addition to her parents Marie was preceded in death by her husband
Thomas H. Gunderson, sisters Margaret Wilson & Dorothy Jacobs and
brothers George, William & Jack Leckband.
