Patricia was born on April 3, 1936 and passed away on Friday, December 28, 2012.
Patricia was a resident of Southington, Connecticut at the time of her passing.
She is survived by her husband Carl.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, Dec. 31, 2012 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Thomas Church, 99 Bristol St. Burial will be at St. Thomas Cemetery. Calling hours will be on Monday morning from 9 a.m. -11 a.m. at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St.
