GUASTELLA, PHILIP JOSEPH Age 97, formerly of Sterling Heights passed away peacefully in Coral Springs, FL on January 17, 2013. Devoted and loving husband of the late Marion for 65 extraordinary years. Dearest father of Catherine, Anna Marie(Vic)Colosi & Thomas(Stephanie Barrett). Proud grandfather of Philip Leonowitz, Barbara(Brett)Boyd, David(Christina)Leonowitz, James(Rysa)LeBreton, Joseph(Michele)Colosi, Thomas Colosi & the late Marianna Colosi. Great grandfather of Carolyn, Catherine, Savannah & Benjamin. Dearest brother of Mary(Ralph)Guastella & Peter Guastella. Philip was born from humble beginnings, worked very hard and long his entire life, always putting his family first, he was the best of the best! Anyone fortunate enough to have known him knew him for his kindness, wisdom, generosity and love for life, he really got it right. Dad was nicknamed "The Computer" for his quick mind, amazing memory for events, numbers and dates. He was a great kind man who was respected by all. We will always love you dad, you were always our hero, you will always be our hero and now you are our angel too. You will never be forgotten. YOU ARE US AND WE ARE YOU... rest in peace eternally dear father, dear friend. Visitation Thursday 3-9pm with 7:00pm Rosary at Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons Inc. 36900 Schoenherr at Metro Parkway (16 Mile). Funeral Friday Instate 9:00am at St. Blase Church 12151 15 Mile (Btw.
