Kelly, Scott October 19, 2012 Age 45. Beloved husband of Elizabeth. Dear father of Nicholas, Samantha and Brody. Dear son of Chole (Walt) Hladchuk and the late Jack. Also remembered by his brothers Jason, Walter (Jaime) Hladchuk and Johnny Hladchuk. Funeral Wednesday 12:00pm at Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons, Inc. (Shelby Twp.) 54880 Van Dyke at 25 mile Rd. Friends may visit from 9:00am until time of service. Burial Prestonville Cemetery. Memorial Tributes to Shriner's Hospitals for Children are welcome.
