Sharon Christine Seaman ("Sherri") of Tampa, Florida, was born July 8, 1935, in Bowling Green, Ohio and went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 16, 2013. Sherri was a 1953 graduate of Bowling Green High School and came to Florida in 1957. Preceded in death by her beloved mother, daughter and sister, she is survived by her husband of 59 years, Richard, her 4 sons, Mike, Victor, Steve and Richard and their wives and her "adopted" son, Sonny, 5 grandchildren, one sister, numerous sisters and brothers-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews and her treasured dog, Missy. Sharon was a 50-year+ active member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, where she also taught school. Previously, she was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church. She was a loving and devoted mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt and grandmother. Family meant everything to her. Besides being an amazing housewife and mother, she enjoyed a successful later-life career in sales at Belk-Lindsey at Britton Plaza until it closed and, there, added countless individuals to the list of those whom she called friends. There will be a visitation on Wednesday, February 20 from 12pm until 1pm with a funeral service starting at 1pm, both at the funeral home. Visit the online guestbook at www.BlountCurryMacDill.com
