Sweet Mother, it's almost a month since you went to Jesus and I miss you more everyday. Your funeral was very well attended and all loved hearing about your interesting life and struggles. ​Romanian immigrants, young Fannie and George were parents to Victoria, born sickly and shy. She struggled with her health all her life and triumphed through her faith in God and her own strong might.
From an ill-fated union, came her greatest happiness. The love she bore her four children sustained her and would be her only comfort and joy.

​Seeking refuge in literature, she ventured into the Buffalo library to discover her fate. She found it not in the pages of a book but in the form of a sweet old man.
Mr. Fred, we did call him, and loved him so much. For this man would shower her with both power and wealth.

​"Not too bad for a high school graduate," she would say later in life. "I provided for my family in spite of myself."

​Under the hot Phoenix desert sun, she relocated her family to start a fresh life. And found a new love in Donald Yungblut. They created a new home and gathered us in. One big happy family living as one!

​So let us regale our ninety-one year old Mother, our giver of life. Accept all our hugs, kisses, and love.

​Please know your children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren will be your gift to the world.
